DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Melbourne Decking and Landscaping makes deliveries in both Victoria & Australia wide. Deliveries within Victoria are usually done within next few days, depending on the stock availability.  Deliveries to interstate are quoted separately and are subject to stock availability, space on the truck  as well as other factors.  

Interstate deliveries can be done to the nearest DEPOT or the actual site.  

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER 

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail  as proof of your purchase. 

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. All local deliveries require someone to be  there to help to unload as we only have on driver coming to the site. If you choose to have your order  left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss. 

For the interstate deliveries, we also need someone to be there to help to unload, if the delivery is  made to site. If delivery is to a depot, then it is your responsibility to pick it up from the depot.  

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless it is discussed prior.  

TRACKING ORDERS 

All orders interstate orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has  not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking  at info@deckingandlandscaping.com.au

DELIVERY TIMES 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you  ASAP.  

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received  an incorrect item CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of  items that have been damaged or cut, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item  please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the  item has been damaged. 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices  are subject to change without notice. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

Only items purchased on the Melbourne Decking and Landscaping website or at our shop can be  returned to Factory 29, 148 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham, VIC, 3192 for refund or exchange. Pick  up can be arranged at the additional cost.  

Should you make an error when ordering online, Melbourne Decking and Landscaping will gladly  exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be NOT damaged  or cut and in its original condition. You are responsible for the shipping or pick up and additional  postage charges. 

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in  the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online, please contact Melbourne Decking and Landscaping immediately to discuss  replacement of goods.
